We are big fans of Brussels sprouts at Between The Bread and our preparation has always been a customer favorite in our side salads. We love them so much that we are making them November’s vegetable of the month, as they are very in season right about now. When you stop into our eateries In November and you’ll find many items with Brussels sprouts, like roasted Brussels sprouts in a coconut ginger sauce, fettuccine with Brussels sprouts and pine nuts and 3 separate Brussels sprouts-focused side salads: shredded Brussels sprouts with chorizo and paprika, roasted Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts with cranberries, walnuts, goat cheese and balsamic.
